My service hours are between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm seven days a week. Scheduling is on a first-come, first-served basis and I may not be able to accommodate your needs on short notice.

RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS & HOLIDAYS
Reservations: To make a reservation, please call or email. A reservation is not valid until I have personally confirmed the dates and times with you by phone or e-mail. Leaving a message or sending an email is not considered a reservation until confirmed by Catnip Cat Care. A meet-and-greet visit is required prior to the first service for all new clients.
Short-Notice Requests: For reservation requests with less than 4 days’ notice, including adding visits if your return is delayed, a one-time administration fee of $25 applies.
Holiday Fee: An additional charge of 25% applies for all services scheduled on the following holidays: Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.
Early Returns: No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit time. If you provide more than 24 hours' notice, we will apply a 50% credit for visits that were not completed.
Non-Holiday Cancellations: Please understand that Catnip Cat Care has committed to serving you and your cats for the agreed-upon dates and times. If you cancel with short notice, Catnip Cat Care may not be able to fill these times to serve other clients. The following policy applies:
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the first visit will incur the full service fee.
Cancellations made between 24 hours and 4 days prior to the first day of your scheduled service will incur a 50% fee of the full service fee.
Holiday Cancellations: During the holiday seasons, Catnip Cat Care receives more requests for reservations than we can handle, and we may have turned away other clients because we reserved time for you. The following policy applies:
Unless we can fill the time slots that were reserved for you, cancellations made within less than 7 days prior to the first scheduled visit will incur the full service fee. This policy applies to reservations that include: Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Year's Day.
* Additional travel fees apply for visits to locations beyond a five-mile radius from my business address.
